Warrington Court

The Warrington Court Dormers converted a seldom used loft office space into a full bedroom by adding space to the existing 2nd floor. Then by creating an opening to the existing adjacent bathroom, both bedrooms on the 2nd floor had direct bathroom access. Exterior dormer design was in keeping with the Armor Woods development.
